GRAM: Grup de Recerca en Adquisició Multilingüe
We are an interdisciplinary research group based at UIC Barcelona with members branching from three departments: Applied Linguistics, Psychology, and Education Sciences. GRAM is our initiative to found a center within the university that combines our expertise to investigate our shared research interest: multilingual language acquisition (in both social languages present in the community and foreign and heritage languages).
Lines of Research:
- Development of social and heritage languages in naturalistic and formal learning contexts
- Development of foreign languages in instructed and non-instructed settings
