Computational RNA Biology Group: Exploring RNA functions and evolution through Computational approaches
The Computational RNA Biology Lab is dedicated to advancing the understanding of RNA biology using cutting-edge computational methods. Our work combines high-throughput structure probing techniques with molecular biology experiments and AI to generate novel insights into the diverse roles of RNA across different species. By integrating computational strategies and AI, we aim to uncover previously unexplored RNA functions, emphasizing the dynamic interplay between RNA structure and its biological roles. Our research focuses on the evolution of non-coding RNAs and their potential impact on diseases and therapy using multi-omics approaches.
